If I want an HTML page to be of different size than default, I can use window.resizeto() method. Now if this page is saved as an HTML page on desktop, it is created with IE or firefox icon on screen.

When I download an application on desktop, shortcut for this application is created on desktop with icon for that application. How to create this kind of icon for page instead of IE or FireFox icon ? When this application is clicked, it opens an interface. Is this interface created using HTML or its created using any other language ?
