Mysql error

Hi,
I am getting this error in my application.

com.ibatis.dao.client.DaoException: Error while finding Sys Control Information. Cause: com.ibatis.common.jdbc.exception.NestedSQLException: --- The error occurred in com/softaim/sql/SysControl.xml. --- The error occurred while applying a parameter map. --- Check the getSysControlKey-InlineParameterMap. --- Check the statement (query failed). --- Cause: java.sql.SQLException: [MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver][mysqld-5.0.26-community-nt]Table 'mysql.syscontrol' doesn't exist Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: [MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver][mysqld-5.0.26-community-nt]Table 'mysql.syscontrol' doesn't exist 

what is the meaning of this error?and how to resolve this error??
