how to get zim card number

I need to creat a application for android phones.When a new zim card add to phone i need to send that zim card number to given another phone.So i need to getphone number.
below is the my class

		t.setText(mPhoneNumber);

but i don't get zim number.It gives me another.Please chceck debug screen attached

I am going to creat application for secure the phone.When the phone is stolen and if the thief put a new sim to it i need to send that sim number to given number automatically as a sms.So i need to get a sim number.Still i am unable to get it.can anyone help me ?
