I am trying to Load my Application, with this hibernate configuration in my spring-hibernate-xml

But i am getting an exception like this,
cant figure out whats the problem with my xml,

Please Help is there is any Spring Jar mismatch or hibernate mapping issue

Where your mapping files exist in the application hierarchy? I suggest you first try with only one mapping file and see whether it works. So that you can identify the file(s) with the issue. Looks like the content not well-formed.
