Hi,
I've quick read through the table of contents. Don't you think these are required skills for any role in a team?

Yes in general, but the importance and priority of those soft skills can vary for roles. For example, more business facing, more meetings, more customer driven, etc.

Yes, but some become more important as you advance. Like negotiation, dealing with the customer, etc. And while I haven't read the book, I'd like to think there are examples of how the skills apply to an architect role.

Hi Rodrigo,

I do believe these skills are useful to most members of the team, but may not necessarily be required.

They become intensely important for architects that work closely with a wide variety of teams - where they need to interact with new product development, testing, operations, management, executives, tech leads, developers...

Thank you for the question!
