Hi

I have a question about Text Pad

I want to copy and paste my code into word from text pad but I want to keep the colours from text pad on the document.

I did copy it here, hit preview then copy and pasted that but it came out with the brown background which i don't know how to change in word.

Can anyone help??

Thanks

Actually TextPad is a kind of editor which renders the file depending upon extension. It maintains reserved word, special characters and then it highlights/colors those word with that value. But when you copy from that editors it wont copy those settings. You can try coping code from Eclipse.

Suraj is right.
TextPad is an editor for plain text files. That means that the colouring Word added to the text is ignored by TextPad. Any colouring is added by TextPad based on keywords only, and is defined in syntax files which are linked to file extensions through document classes.
