Array objects are never poolable in JVM heap.

if it is true, then where array object are pooled.?

I don't completely understand your question. There is a String constant pool and Integer pool for range -128 to 127 to improve runtime performance...

Array objects like any other objects are created on the heap. What is meant by poolable in your statement? If you refer to Garbage collectible - then the answer is yes. Array objects are garbage collected.
