how to install plugins in Eclipse IDE to work with Hibernate,Spring,Struts,JPA,EJB applications

hai guys, This is Gopinath.

am doing projects using Eclipse IDE.

I just installed a few days back Eclipse IDE. Am facing some issues with this. The issues are am not able to add capabilities to my application. I heard that i need to install plugins in Eclipse.
I tried to solve this issue, But somehow am not getting to solve this issue. I request to everyone, If any solution you provide that would be accepted......Please look into this..am waiting for valuable responses...Yours Gopinath

There is a quite good video tutorial http://vimeo.com/27961743 about installing Android plug-ins to Eclipse from Scott Stanchfield, but you can retrieve general information about plug-in installation.
