Struts.xml code:

However I am getting the following error at server start up:

Am I missing anything in configuration. Following jars has been added:

Thanks for your reply Kessy and Mohan.
I have checked the auto generated ear and I can see the presence of the struts2-core-2.2.3.1.jar under
C:/Oracle/Middlewarev10_3_5/user_projects/domains/base_domain/servers/AdminServer/tmp/_WL_user/_auto_generated_ear_/oyjnrg/war/WEB-INF/lib/.

Not sure why it is mentioning that could not load user defined filter in web.xml.

HI,

I have resolved this issue. Basically as a part of the Weblogic Server configuration I had copied the application jars under user domain -> lib folder. And similar jars being present in the WEB-INF/lib folder. However I figured out from the classloader analysis that the application was having conflicting library jars. So I have removed my external jars from the weblogic user domain library. Now it is working fine.
