Hi

I gave Java 7 upgrade BETA exam (1Z1-805) recently.

Exam questions covered every topic/objective of Exam. Exam had 120 questions to be done in 3 hours.

Since there is no Java 7 book around, best place to start for Java 7 Upgrade BETA exam is Oracle online Java tutorial.

I read online Java tutorial of Oracle website, various blogs related to Java 7 features. And ran various short programs to get clear understanding of Java 7 features.

Easy wins were Locale, ResourceBundle and Design Patterns questions.

It was nice to see inclusion of "Design Patterns" and " JDBC" in Java certification exam...

This BETA exam closes on 7th Jan 2012.

Best of luck for all future aspirants
