I did the following

D:\jaxws-ri\bin>wsimport.bat -p test -s d:\temp\ -d d:\temp c:\School.wsdl

JDK's tools.jar was not found in C:\Program Files\Java\lib\tools.jar. Usually th
is means you are running JRE, not JDK. Please use the java command in JDK 5.0 or
later (not JRE.)

What does this mean ?? JDK tooks.jar exists in C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0\lib
How can i resolve this issue. I have never used the "java" command before. I have to admit eclipse has spoiled me

solved just needed to add java_home in env.

Yes, it exists in C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0\lib, but your scrip is looking in C:\Program Files\Java\lib.
Do you have an environment variable JAVA_HOME that points to your JDK?
