User is downloading applications from Android Market. My task is after downloading the application if the user tries to install the application (clicks on the install button)means a popup should open. It should ask for password. If the password is correct the user will allow to install otherwise not. For this I think i have to customize package mananger .How i can customize the package manager.

Why not ask for the password or license key the first time the app runs? There are already app that do this kind of thing (the PowerDVD Mobile app is one of them). Then you won't have to have to modify the installer.
