I am a JAVA developer, I have 6 yrs of experience in java/j2ee development.
I want to learn some tool [ like tibco etc.. ] to add a value to my career path ..

Can anyone please suggest me which tool is good to learn as per career perspective for my experience ?Would it be a good choice as a career?

How about learning curve? how long I might take to learn it? How easy would it be for a regular java/j2ee developer ? How about the present market for getting job ?

Any other similar/related information is welcome.

Thanks,
