Tag Libraries Help?

Which is the better way to remember all the tag libraries and their attributes?? Also any ideas on which tag libraries are the most frequently used ones??

These are the libraries that I use most.

Note: The link is for version 1.2.7. If you search, you won't have any problem finding the tags for the version you use.
