IE6 does not support transparent backgrounds in PNG. If it's "working" on one machine and not the other, it's a fluke

we have used IEPNG .htc hack solution. Using this solution we have the fix working in 1 machine but not sure why it's not working in other system.

Both system having XP IE6 with Service pack 3.

Do we have do any system related changes in machine ?

we found 1 link which says we have to have Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 for more detail refer below link,

Is your IE6 marketshare really that big? MS is killing the browser off this year along with IE7.

marketshare we don't know but the requirement is to application should work in IE6 as well so we have to find the solution...

Only our application not working with IEPNG .htc heck. we have another application with the same hack which is working fine. so don't know what's the problem.. ?
