Problem using RTFEditorKit to make a WordProcessor Like WordPad in Windows  RSS feed

I am using a JTextPane to make a RTF Editor or just like WordPad in Windows but when I use the RTFEditorKit it does keeps the format of another rtf files text when copied to my JtextPane like textColor,textStyle(Bold Italics)etc. but when I try to add my style to it the text gets disappeared.
I think I am wrong Some where please help my code is as below :

also i am new to code ranch and dont know to apply the background to code that I have written just like other members ?

i can't help with your problem but i can tell you how to use code tags. when you post a question, at the top you will see a button that says code. click that, and it will write code tags for you. i click between the two tags then hit enter twice to make room for the code. and welcome to the ranch
