displaying the file name of a pendrive in a text area by clicking a button  RSS feed

hi guys....
my project is on pen drive where deer l b a display screen and with blue tooth functionality...
i have a code which is displaying the list name but not in the text area...
please help me out in this guys....


the above code which has 4 buttons and a text area by clicking each button action should be done on the text area...my files are not diplaying into the text area.....

is line 36 your problem?
// textArea.add(Process(aFile));

1) you can't use textArea until you create it
2) it has no 'add' (it does, but not for what you're trying to do)
3) what you are trying to 'add' has a void return.

all of these are basic errors
don't even try gui's until you have a better understanding of the basics
