problem with html:radio button&Html:text

Hi,

My functional requirement is :

There Should be 2 radio buttons ,one should be preselected,and In next line one text box should be there,While selecting one of the radio button the text should be disabled and the value what is entered previously should n't display.

I have done the above functionality with noraml html code,

i.e as below

   "<" input type="radio" checked="checked" name="radGrp1" id="rad2" width="50%"  onclick ing the button="this.form.txtToDisable.disabled = this.form.rad1.checked;"> Yes
    
           "< input type="radio" name="radGrp1" width="50%" id="rad1" onclicking the button="this.form.txtToDisable.value='';this.form.txtToDisable.disabled = this.checked;"> No
                          
 
< class="rmt-readOnlyData" valign="bottom" > Enter Amount 
                        < input type="text" name="txtToDisable">

But I want to do the functionality by struts html:radio button,


I would highly appreciate if any one comeup with the code,
