• 4+ years experience building cross-platform Rich Internet Applications (RIAs) with Adobe Flex 3/4 and ActionScript 3
• In depth knowledge of all aspects of Flash Builder 4+, Flex, and ActionScript 2/3, including JavaScript, XHTML, HTML, CSS, JSON, and DOM
• Strong understanding and experience with XHTML, DHTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript development skills and cross browser compatibility issues.
• Expertise in OO design and development
