I have an scenario where i have to call different JSF page based on some criteria, but each time when I make a call the page should not be refreshed. Keeping everything in one page seems to have huge code. I m really wondering if it is possible or not!!! some help or suggestion appreciated.

Just have the main view in one file. Take the different "pages" as separate view files and use an include tag for each of them them on the main view. If each included view is on a separate panel, you can set them to render when they're needed, and not render when they aren't.
