how to increase the maxPostSize of the request

hi all,

I have to submit large amount of data and when i submit my form i got the exception "Request header is too large" , so can any one help me how to increase the maxPostSize of the request.
And how can i know the size of the maxPostSize attribute?
I am using glassfish v2.

I did a google search with your error message and glassfish and got two answers:

Seems like you need to update your http-listener
