fieldset is not working it is on line 274....please help me

I am stucked here please......if any one knows why the fieldset is not working i mean i am not getting any fieldset or legend whatever it is .........if any one know's then please let me know .......the fieldset tag is at line 274.....

Make sure not top make multiple copies of the same post. If you mess up, you can always edit your post.

The fieldset shows up, you need to start looking at your CSS files and see if they do anything with it: http://jsfiddle.net/SdQHH/

actually there was a link in my page to a CSS which reseted everything !
