how to convert webpage in state specific language

Although Localization is used to convert any page to country specific language,
but i want to convert web page in state based language(ie. Marathi etc), how can i do this??

Man this is a tough one .. TechMarathi check their website otherwise you will have to google. I checked Java API and there is no ResourceBundle for hindi or marathi.

Sure there is. ResourceBundle uses the Locale, and nothing prevents you from creating your own Locale objects. All that matters are the language ("en") and optionally the country ("GB", for "en_GB").

Ok sorry, I wasn't clear enough but there is no Locale for HINDI Rob.

Oops I should have checked thoroughly. I checked APIs & it wasn't listed there but found it on IANA Language Subtag Registry. Thanks for the correction.
