You haven’t said what your question is.
Please re-post the error message using copy-and-paste because screenshots are so hard to read. If you go through the Java Tutorials, you find there are restrictions on inner and nested classes, and whether they are or are not static. Also look for a copy of Bruce Eckel’s Thinking in Java™, which has a whole chapter about inner classes. You can probably download the 3rd edition free of charge.
