how to use java advance image api in netbeans

hello i had installed java adavance image api to load and process .tiff formatted image but it is still not reflating in my net beans ide. but it still says that such package are missing on importing these packages



it also not allowing to make this object SeekableStream s = new FileSeekableStream(file);
so please suggest me that how to integrator new advance image api to neatbeans?
