clustered servers are servers running on multiple servers wherein they can be configured in many ways e.g. high availability(if one of the server fails usually called the primary server another server takes over) and Load balancing wherein incoming request are distributed to which servers have the least load, in application servers, it is the way the application servers handle these configurations e.g. high availability you can have application servers running on multiple servers if a client session is created it is replicated in all of the app servers hence eliminating a single point of failure.

now for CM, you can check wikipedia (Content management, or CM, is the set of processes and technologies that support the collection, managing, and publishing of information in any form or medium. In recent times this information is typically referred to as content or, to be precise, digital content. Digital content may take the form of text (such as documents), multimedia files (such as audio or video files), or any other file type that follows a content lifecycle requiring management)

There are a lot of content management systems available in the market you can check out some of them. I would suggest Drupal or Joomla.
