How to set up connection pool manually in Glassfish Server?

I'm using the manual connection pooling in Tomcat Apcache 5. But i need to setup the same in glassfish application server.Since, i'm getting deployement errors.
in the server.xml file of Tomcat Apache as:

instead of making any changes to domain.xml or server.xml, you better use GlassFish's Admin console.
it's easy to create any JNDI resource through admin console.
admin console url : http://localhost:4848 [under default setup]
