Hi All,
I have recently joined a Tier1 company and I have a total experience of 3+ years. Am gonna work in web technology where they are using Web-service which is totally new to me. I have little knowledge of struts2 and spring but am not aware of web-service. please suggest me what should I do. Expecting your valuable responses. Thanks in Advance.

If they hired you to work on web services even though you have no knowledge of that, then they should be prepared to train you, no? If they're an established company they should have programmes, courses etc. for that - just ask your manager. In the mean time, start reading (and coding!) at http://www.coderanch.com/how-to/java/WebServicesFaq

I am guessing that you joined some company in India ;) they do so, recruite and then decide the technology ;).
Anyway you can easily google and download the pdf by name 'JavaWSTutorialJAXWS', this would be a good start for you.
