Error in validation by using validation framework

Hi,
I am using the struts validator frame work first time. System is throwing an error when i clicked the link to the jsp page where i want form field validation.I am following all the steps. I got the error like:
"javax.servlet.ServletException: org/apache/struts/validator/ValidatorForm"

I am using struts version 1.1 .
Can anybody help me in comming out of this problem.
