Hi guys....

I had a problem in editing HTML file in my netbeans project..... I made some changes in the HTML file using notepad and i see it changing when i preview the file. But the problem is when i run the main project
in Netbeans, the changes that i made is not saving..

To be more detailed the HTML files are saved in my "temp" folder.. from there i tried to make some changes on one of the file and save it. The page is change based on the codes that i added.

Then I will run the java main project then boom the changes that i made is gone!

Can anybody help me on this matter?? It would be a lot of help for me.

P.S. I did not create the project from scratch im just modifying the whole project.

Thanks,

This looks more like an IDE issue than a Swing issue. I will move this topic over to the IDE forums for you

Your post is rather confusing. Is Netbeans or Notepad saving your files in "temp" folder? If it is Notepad, then why would you expect the change to be permanent? Did you also make the same change to the HTML file in your project in NetBeans?

And what do you mean by "temp" folder? A full path name for the HTML file would be helpful.
