Validation Framework Error in Struts

Hi,
I am using the struts validator frame work first time. System is throwing an error when i click the link to the jsp page where i want form field validation.I am following all the steps. I got the error like:
"javax.servlet.ServletException: org/apache/struts/validator/ValidatorForm"

I am using struts version 1.1 .
Can anybody help me in comming out of this problem.

Please look at your System Out log and post the exact text of the error message you're getting along with the first few lines of the stack trace.
