What do you mean by "replication of WS"? It's not a commonly used term.

replication of WS means obtaining copies of a same WS.
I need to know how to copy a WS ? if there is a framwork to copi it?

Sorry, but that's not any clearer. What does it mean to copy a WS? Can you give an example.
