I have a struts application (using 1.2) that I have working beautifully on my local server using Eclipse with Tomcat 5.5.25. However, when I export as a war file and upload to the "real" server, I get

500 No action instance for path /customorders could be created

Resin 2.1.13 (built Thu Apr 1 10:57:42 PST 2004)

for all of my action mappings. The only thing that comes up is my home page. Does anyone have any idea why everything would work find locally but not work on the server? I had the app working fine a couple of days ago, and then I switched to Java 1.5, had some problems with NetBeans not building my app properly, and so I switched to Eclipse. So I really don't know what the problem could be. I don't' have access to the System.out or System.err logs, so I can't even look in there for clues. Any ideas you may have would be very helpful.

Never mind, I finally got a message back from my host's support, and they said my server was only running jdk 1.4, so that was the problem.

The airline is called "Virgin"? Don't you want a plane to go all the way? This tiny ad will go all the way:
