how do you know?

public static void main(String[] args) is in LoginUser(),
which has 'design.LoginFrame LF', which is set to visible

the other class loginSubclass() has 'design.LoginFrame frame',
where you add a listener to a button, but this frame is not visible,
so you can't click that button to see if it works or not.
