How one can get rid of this snoring .........zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz..........

I have friends with sleep apnia and they use some contraption.

However, Bear is right, those do seem work pretty well.

Personally, I buy a box of disposable ear plugs and when my "guest" stays over, they come in handy ;)

I have found that if my chin is close to my chest, I snore more than if my head is tilted back. At least I think I have found that... my snoring detector isn't 100% reliable. However this may not be especially useful, since controlling your head position is difficult when you are not awake.

Hey, How can I say that, I was supposed to suggest you how to get rid off snoring .. not to get rid off your life..

Stop smoking.
Stop alcohol consumption.
Get in the habit of doing aerobic exercise.
Check weight and bring it down to recommended value.
Sleep on side and not on back.

yup from last few months I've gain some weight. I also heard that if you're very tired, you snore too. Well it's very embarrassing because you can't sleep while travel and you create difficulties to your room partner as well. I remember the time when I am not into snoring and dislike it when someone do it and avoid to sleep next to them ;) think it is because of my KARMA.. God is punishing me for my SIN. Anyways I am trying hard to get rid of it, but not got any success till now let me know if you guys have got any update on this issue
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
