Frontman 2.0 not logging

I added frontman to an existing project and for the life of me cant figure out why it doesn't log. Every other app i use it in logs all the commands on start up except for this.
I tried to debug it and noticed that log.isInfoEnabled() is returning false, however i have no clue where that is configured.

I am using log4j in the rest of the app so im not sure if there is a conflict.

Below is my log4j file and all the jars i use for the app.




Disregard the paths jars are all in the lib directory, this is for my tracking use.
