The forums listing page ( the main page ) needs to have the "new messages" flag/icon set when there are non-read posts inside the forum or forums.
It is already implemented in the post listing, so similar functionality can be used to the forum's listing thing. It was partially implemented on the firt beta, but wasnt' working correctly, so the code that manipulated this action is commented, at ForumsListingVH.java
