using Oracle database?

Hi,
Is it feasible to use an Oracle database instead of MySql to run JForum? What would be the required amount of conversion work to do this?

We just need an implementation to oracle.. the only workd needed is to write the queries and the model implementation classes.

The package net.jforum.model contains the definition for the model. The package net.jforum.drivers.mysql is the implementation for mysql. You could use it as example.

I don't guess that the current SQL queries will run under oracle, since they use mysql sintaxt ( may things are equals, but there are some keywords, like LIMIT, that oracle doesn't support ).
