Hy all

I want to replace an installed phpbb Forum with JForum. Can I convert the existing Database, and can i use Postgres instead of Mysql??

Database convertion from phpbb to jforum is easy. I have a set of sql sscripts that do the job. I'll relese it together with RC3, when I plan to have search improved.

Yes, you could use postgres IF a jforum driver to postgres is available. Currently there isn't any. Wanna implement? its easy!!

I'm Interested in working on the Postgres-Driver to JForum,

but in Moment i have no time, i will install JForum the next weeks on my server, and so i will look at this driver, ok??

If possible give me a little bit more Informations,
