Getting a lot of exceptions when trying to statr Tomcat 3.3.2

using tomcat 3.3.2 . When i try to start the tomcat it is throwing a lot of exceptions and iam unable to proceed..........do any body have any idea of what cud be wrong.......... :?:

I don't think JForum will work with this version of Tomcat... You should have Tomcat 4 or newer and JDK >= 1.4.
