Help! emails can'nt be send!

emails can'nt be send . i get the following error Code:

what does this mean (SystemGlobals.properties)? do i need a smtp server?

Yes.

# smtp config
mail.sender=[e-mail]
mail.smtp.auth=true
mail.smtp.host=localhost
mail.smtp.username=[e-mail]
mail.smtp.password=smtppassword

Well.. "mail.sender" is the address that will be used as "sender" - eg, "The email was sent by xxxx".; "mail.smtp.auth" defines the need or not for authetication in the mail server. If your mail server doesn't requires authentication, set this key to "false".

The other keys are quite self explanatory.
