Hi

I've installed JForum 2.0 over rc5, and found new link "Recent Topics".
But when I press on it with Anonymous user I can see topics from restricted forums! Moreover, if "Deny anonymous post" set to "No" I can write in restricted forums!!! Is it bug, or I just fogot to set some privilleges?

Thanks in advance

That's baaaaaaaaaaaad

Do you have 2.0 or 2.0.1 / 2.0.2? If is 2.0, please get 2.0.2 .. I fixed some issues, but I can't remember if one of them is related to this one.

But I'm almost sure that this will be considered a bug, specially because the "I can write in restricted forums with anonymous users". Please confirm the version and then I register it at JIRA.

Thanks.

Found out a possible cause of this. If you list a category as being restricted but not the forums inside then you can still technically read the forum(you just can't browse to it) so the recent topics will allow you to see them. Solution is to restrict the forums as well as the categories.

Yep, this was a bug in the security manager. I fixed it some days ago.
