Hi there,

I was wondering how complex it is to modify jforum to get user / group data from another applications database?

For example, let's say I have a content management system with an existing user base, can jforum be modified to use this userbase?

Thank you

Hi Jordan,

really sorry for the long delay. I was trying to write some short walkthrough, but there are some many things to do that I just forget this post.

There isn't an exact answer for your question.. Basically, is not "hard" to integrate jforum with other systems - I already did some integrations, and was everthing ok.

Search in the forum for the "ExternalLogin" stuff, but I don't know if it is the best way to do.
