Hi...

i have a website (running in Tomcat, using JSP) where the user can register the cadastre and after the logon, a Session is created for him. After that, a link to JForum must become available.

I've not done the installation of JForum yet, 'cause, first of all, i would like to know if it's possible to change the source code and share a variable, which is in the session, 'cause when the user access the forum, he's alredy done de logon! (i have to check if the his session is still ok everytime he navegates in the forum)

I don't know if my explanation was clear!!

An other question: Is there a translation of JForum to Portuguese from Brazil??

Thanks in advance!

If the context is the same ( most sites do ), then JForum will see all session variables without any problem. You just need to use the class "SessionFacade", as in

As of brazilian portuguese translation, yes, there is one which comes with JForum.
