When I am logged in as admin I should have the option to delete posts correct? I can't find any way to do so? Any ideas?

Admin -> Groups -> Administrators -> Permissions

Check if the group has full privileges.

ok, but what happen when an user who isn't admin wish delete his posts?
I mean is possible at the common user can delete his own posts?
