an error on Signature

When I use Chinese words(Big5) to be my signature, the words would not display correctly. I have set the charset to "UTF-8" and the Chinese words word very well in other function.

This is a known bug. I don't know how to fix it yet, since it happens because a bug in a specific library.

Probably I'll make two forms in the user profile - one for the common options and another for the avatar.
