Looks like access rights problems.Try going go Admin Panel -> Groups -> General -> Permissions, see if the permissions are as expected and then
click in the Save button ( don't forget to save it ).
- why if i put true on the email authorization this isnot sending out any authorization?
Di dyou set up username, password and host correcly? Please be sure that are is no typing errors.
