There was problem with hsql. Mysql works fine.

net.jforum.model.UserModel um = DataAccessDriver.getInstance().newUserModel();
User u = new User();
u.setUsername("Test user");
u.setPassword("password");
u.setEmail("mail");
um.addNew(u);

What is right way to implement custom sign-in?

Tomcat 5.5.4
JDK 5.0
JForum 2.0.2
HSQL

What is wrong? Next code (JForum.service) causes java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException: java.lang.NullPointerException

Integer userId=new Integer(343243);
us.setUserId(userId);
us.setUsername("Test user");

User user = DataAccessDriver.getInstance().newUserModel().selectById(userId);
UserSessionModel sm = DataAccessDriver.getInstance().newUserSessionModel();

UserSession tmpUs = sm.selectById(us, JForum.getConnection());

SessionFacade.add(us);
SessionFacade.setAttribute("topics_tracking", new HashMap());

No. That's it. How do you add users programmatically?

gives java.sql.SQLException: This function is not supported
