Hi!

I'm getting a strange problem:

When I run the compiled code (WEB-INF/classes) in the distro (2.0.2) everything is fine.

But when I compile the provided source the config doesn't seem to load properly.
It seems that I'm getting the defaults instead of the "custom" config from the installation?
According to the log, FileMonitor is watching my config "andreas.conf" in both cases.

Very strange.

When I diff my compiled code with the dist it doesn't seems to match at all (number of files etc).

Any thoughts?

Very strange. Are you deploying to different directories / contexts, or replacing the files?

When you say "getting the defaults", you mean that andreas.conf is being ignored, and only the contents of SystemGlobals is processed?

I'v made sure the deployment is correct (moved away dist classes, and moved in my compiled tree).

Config: Yup. I'm getting "database.connection.password" from postgresql.properties instead of andreas.conf.

I'm trying to figure this out in the debugger now (it loads andreas.conf in SystemGlobals.loadAdditionalDefaults), but it's kind of hard in all new code ;-)

postgres.properties get loaded in AFTER andreas.conf (wich is loaded twice?) in SystemGlobals.loadAdditionalDefaults().

So if comment out the defaults in postgres.properties that should be overloaded i andreas.conf (dbname etc). It seems to work.

But this is clearly a bug? And why doesn't this happen in the compiled code in the dist?

Looks like a bug. I'll take a closer look.
