Question re email authentification :
I have set the config option "authenticate uers by email" to TRUE.
I go to the forum, create new account.
I get a message that I will receive an email to activate.
But I can already log into the forum, access my profile, post to the board
What did I wrong?
thanks
Jens

We also noticed this bug and unfortunately also our customer. This is a problem for us. Can we hope that you will fix it?
Thank you very much! best, Reinhold

Which JForum version are you using? Email notifications are working fine in JForum 2.1.8

We are using 2.1.6.
So, in 2.1.8 this is fixed? That's great, thanks!
